We love popcorn. I have a stainless whirly-pop for 30 years. We used to buy pipcorn by the 50lb bag when the kids lived at home.

With my diet and fasting, I rarely have it more than once a week. It is our favorite guilty snack. But carbs like that late at night throws my blood sugar out of whack for days.
