Nice!! What size caps will you use? I also noticed the lock up on my 1858 Remington was like a vice no movement at all with cylinder.

Very nice! Mine is same but cartridge conversion. You will love it. This was 15 yds....basically 6 o'clock hold.

Channel your Wild Bill and shoot! After awhile your jaw will hurt from smiling...seriously fun guns to shoot. Might shoot a little high but you will figure it out. Let us know how you like the rear sight...

I like your 1860, that's a fine looking piece. I don't think Uberti makes any bad guns. I have two and they are both fine shooters.
My 1858 is the only revolver I have that actually shoots to point of aim. Aim at 6:00 the POI is just a hair above the top of the front sight. It hits shotgun shells at 20 yards without much effort. It got a .45LC conversion cylinder and with cowboy loads, still puts them right in there.

It will be interesting to see where it shoots. All of them I have been around shoot low. If it shoots high you will be fine. Shooting low is a pain in the rear. Check out some of Mike Beliveau at duelist1954 on youtube. He is really good with videos on Black Powder pistols and has alot of info on the 1860
