Hang the word 'thermal' on it, make it glow red and display some numerical info when looking through it, price it astronomically and some newbee, wannabee (etc) will buy it because, 'Its the perfect hunting platform' (sorry - I am sick of the word 'platform')
Reality being what it is it may NOT be legal in all states for hunting as it has an electrically enhanced image.
