Bargain Weaver
Found a Weaver K2.5 at a yard sale with rings for $10 a few days ago, and got it mounted on my H001 today. After a bit of adjustment, it is dialed in and helping me shoot tight little groups. No need to spend a gob of money when this old scope does the trick just fine.

Nice going on the scope buy. I have a K-3 that I have had for years and it is now on my Marlin 45-70 G.G.

Took the rifle out again today. Consistently hitting eggs offhand at 10 to 25 paces. Squirrels and similar critters might want to lay low.
