New Henry 357steel shooting way to the right?

I have taken my new Henry 357steel out to the range and am having trouble sighting it in at 50 and 75 yards. Shooting way to the right. I have tapped the rear sight to the left about as far as I can. Noticed the part that holds the diamond that you lift to adjust the elevation is bent back quite a bit backward. Wondering if it is also twisted a bit? Anyone have any ideas or a problem like this?

When you say way to the right how far right are you talking and is the front sight centered in the dovetail

Front sight is centered in the dovetail. On a 12inch target at 75 yards a good 3 inches to the right of center.

You can probably get some of that back by drifting each sight. Drift the front to the right and the rear to the left. Outside of that a phone call to Henry might be in order
