I like those, haven't tried them.
I put a Lyman tang site on my long barreled 38-55.

I figure (if) I wanted this one could get me 400 or so yds.
The buddy that I bought it from had a Soule sight on it.
He shot it out to 600 on a regular bases, and scored hits on a 33" gong at 900 + at least once that I know of.

Anyone else notice the Lyman "Level" action tang site for an HRA rifle?

I have an old ladder site that looks like the photo on my Rolling Block 45-70. I wanted a tang site but that would have covered up the Remington stamping on the top tang as it is a number one action. The site folds down for a battle site and when flipped up can be an open V or a peep site.
