sight pusher

Post by PJM » Fri Oct 07, 2022 5:28 pm

S&W mp2.0 .40 cal still shooting left after moving rear sight far right. I gambled on an inexpensive pusher made by Washington gun works and available on Amazon. I have to say the setup was a little tedious for old hands, but this thing worked very well if you follow the directions to the letter. Rapped the holding blocks in rubber tape and oiled the dovetail and pusher threads as instructed and it worked well. Will shoot it tomorrow and see if it was enough.

I like this one, it's spring loaded.
Set the brass end on sight, then pull the other out and let go.
Works well, have used it several times.

I have a Wyoming sight drifter also. It works pretty well, just takes some trial and error to get used to it.

Wish mine had adapter for round barrels and would work on rifles.
