Frontend peep?

Post by Bake » Tue Jun 07, 2022 1:03 pm

Wondering if anyone is using a Lyman 17a front peep site and what size did they start out with? I'm thinking about putting one on a Model 006/Brass & S&W357 ? ? ?

I have several 17A globes and can’t remember the height as they are different for different firearms. I highly recommend them.

I have a 17 AML (.494 height) on my .357. I use with a Williams receiver sight.

Just before I started to remove the front sight, I noticed it was way off to one side. :( I broke out my brass drift and moved it to the center. :) Maybe tomorrow I'll head out to the range and see what happens . . .
