I shimmed it with paper and aluminum can strips. I put it on a 336 in 35 rem. Since it can't take an extended elevation screw it wouldn't work for what I want for the ZG.Mistered wrote:That is not right! I would call Williams and send

I was thinking more along the idea of a section of thin brass sheet cut to fit the perimeter of the mount for a solid, permanent shim but sounds like the top mount is a better option in your situation. Are you planning on keeping the 94/36 sight? If not PM me.
