I sent an email to skinner sights to ask if their barrel mount peep would fit on my savage model 72 falling block 22lr. I got an almost immediate response that yes it would they had sold many over the years for the savage model 72.
With that info I went on line and immediately bought the brass model. It's headed toward my mailbox... I'm eager to try it out!
