Pimp My Grill
while researching the purchase of a new pellet grill, I happened onto a company known as "Pimp My Grill" ===> https://pimpmygrill.com/ .... after purchasing our Green Mountain Davy Crockett smoker/grill, I revisited their website an ordered two items .... their "Davy Crocket / Trek Front Shelf / Bodyguard" ===> https://pimpmygrill.com/davy-crocket-tr ... bodyguard/ and their "Davy Crockett / Trek GMG - Upper & Lower Sliding PMG Rack System 2 Racks" ===> https://pimpmygrill.com/davy-crockett-t ... m-2-racks/ .... I called and placed my order one morning and they shipped it that day .... a few days later it became obvious that their shipper (FedEx) had dropped the ball and with a cross country trip on tap, I got concerned .... called FedEx and they promised me to find my package and give me a call .... that call has never come .... my call to Pimp My Grill met with much different results .... they checked and knowing we have a very short time, they sent it 3rd day delivery .... that is a much more expensive shipping and they never asked me to pay a penny .... they followed up by phone and email to make sure we received our order .... I recommend them without reservation to anyone with a pellet smoker/grill who has any interest in upgrading or personalizing it ....
