Why does it take till Monday to get a refund. Should be immediately especially if its not what was ordered. Don’t let up on them Tom.

Was just able to get a hold of a live person at wal- mart. They are going to deal with the "out sourced" partner of theirs and we're supposed to hear from somebody by Mon at the latest. Such a wonderful ordeal. We'll get this sorted out.

You should get some restitution/discount or free extended warranty for your troubles. That's a big screw up on their part.

Thanks Mark. She has her "work from home" computer and I'm using this tablet for now. This thing ain't all that bad! It could be worse.

Ok. Wal- mart is re- imbursing our cost and sending me a shipping label so Fed-Ex can pick it up. Win- win! Once this bug clears, I"lol go and find what I want. Yea!!

Newer update! Fed-Ex picked up the refurb. Good! Now, when things clear up, I'll go look at NEW desk tops. This little tablet gizmo ain't bad tho.

Jim, not yet. I'll probably hear from Wal mart first. I'll give them till Mon, then I'll make a call or two. As I'm getting pretty used to this tablet, I'm in no real hurry. Thanks.
