I'm thinking about adding a hobby forum on the site.

What do you all think?

Sure! It's fun for all ages. Can be as cheap or expensive as you want. Dad collected free key chains. When he stopped he had over 1000 with no duplicates.

Sounds good, I know we have a variety of hobbies currently spread out in different places.

I'll finally have a place to show off my Gilligan's Island bobble-head collection...

Yes, why not. I think it's a great idea. Just don't ask for any pics of me in my rubber catsuit though!

I collect those rolled pennies from tourist traps. You know the kind where you insert a penny and two quarters and then turn the wheel.

I think a hobby section would be fine. Doubt it would turn this into a hobby forum instead of a gun forum.

For me it already is a hobby forum. ;) Shootin is my hobby. I don't get out afield enough but I'm working to remedy that situation.

I certainly think that would be interesting. We have already seen posts of several hobbies, and I have gotten requests on several occasions to post follow along threads with a woodworking post here and there, and we have seen other posts about different interests. It would certainly give us another place to visit... those who weren't interested, wouldn't have to click on that folder. ;) Of course the same basic rules would apply... if your hobby wasn't family friendly.. it wouldn't be appropriate for the forum. :?
