I'm trying a new chat feature. Chat seemed to go over well. I'm trying this one now, let me know. I'll be in the back room setting some settings.

I liked the idea of chat but couldn't use it.

What kind of problems are you having? It works fine for me.

We don't seem to get a lot of action on the chat board... most users seem to post back and forth in the threads anyway.

I've tried chatting but it says I don't have permission.

It works fine for me but I just forget to use it most of the time and just go through the threads..

Try logging off and back on to see if that clears it. I haven't had any trouble.

I have permission. Sent a few messages on the chat board.

I can see the chat board on the home screen, but I don't know how to get into it? :?

Just click your mouse in the text area and type. It tells you how many characters you have left.

Ok, I don't always admit or share (esp with onliners) but this pertains to this forum.

I had been "away" for a day or so. When I logged back on all I saw was the empty chat box border.

I thought, "OMG, the database is gone!!" :o

Then I happened to catch a glimpse of a thin blue line along the bottom of my monitor and when I hit the scroll wheel. . . bing, bam, boom, forum stuff and junk. 8-)

I found nothing affects hair loss more effectively than unnecessary *startlings. *(patent pending on new word)

I have always been taught that computers are fickle. I don't know how long it took to learn to re start any device not seeming to work properly.

I threw in the towel today with my iPhone, and hit the "reset" button. There were a few things it wasn't doing right, and I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to fix them. The reset did the trick.

In the 3 Stooges remake I laughed when Curly says "an I-phone!" and holds it to his eye saying "Hello...Hello..."

I hd an iphone, then an android, and now back to the smallest iphone and smallest smart phone I can find. I like it. I use it mostly as a phone, secondly as an entertainment device and thirdly as a camera. It does all those very nicely and fits in my pocket. It needs to be restarted at times too.
