during my last conversation with our dealer, he said he had been told that Henry was going to increase the number of models available in a Color Case Hardened finish .... don't know anything more nor do I know if that's what is supposed to be coming soon

With they could offer a color case in the H001.

Be nice if they would offer customizing kits with receiver covers and barrel bands in different finishes- including color case.

There are already too many options! I want a 45-70 but I don't know if I should get color case or all weather. Decisions decisions......

JCN --- There is an option, which solves all other options and eliminates the "decisions decisions." It's been posted fairly often amongst the Henry lovers here. You simply buy both...get the color case and all weather rifles.

Buying both is always the suggested answer but probably not the best answer! I wish I could justify both....

I was told it was coming soon. Not exactly when it was coming. It will be pretty neat when it gets here.
