Made myself a couple of scarf slides this morning. The one on the red " wild rag" (proper name for cowboy neckerchief) is bone and the one on the blue is antler. I have some rawhide braided ones too, they are nice to just double wrap the rag and slide on instead of tying a knot. Just from stuff found out in the hills while horseback. Sheds, bones, you gotta keep your eyes open...:)

Like the antler one. It looks more like a RR style to me.

That's the one I like too. I made an antler one for the wife too.

Nice RR! I like the antler too, but both are cool!

That particular shed had some busted points on it, but the base was nice and gnarly...

My fringed stock cover is ready to ship from gunstockcover.com.

I have a pretty nice powder horn from October Country but it just had a leather lace for a strap. The horn is a good size and holds quite a bit of powder. Today I found an old pair of suspenders and the perfect use for them. Much more comfortable...I also made the antler powder measure, 50 gr.

Well, did not like the suspended strap at all. Too flimsy and the clasp got in the way.
Tool an old latigo leather from my saddle room and made one. Wore it today. Much more rugged and durable.
