I used to make goat cheese at a small homestead/hobby farm that was sold to a few high profile restaurants in/around NYC. I loved spending my days at that place, mostly for the interaction with the animals. The goat kids were probably my favorite. They'd all run out of the shelter and down the hill in the awkward way that they do making all sorts of odd noises in anticipation of the goodies that I'd bring them to eat.
