My morning view. I placed a spinner hanger out in the snow.

Have you been able to see the Northern Lights the last couple of nights? We tried to see them on Wednesday but there was too many clouds.

It’s been snowing or high overcast. Today is the first day of sunshine in the morning.

I thought I would revive this thread. I see beautiful sunrises and sunsets almost every morning. In the warm months I usually go outside for my first cup of coffee.

My morning view changes by the minute. This is looking out my door a few minutes later.

Living with close by foothills to the east and west I rarely see any nice Sunrise/Sunsets. I have shade a couple of hours before the sun comes up or goes down and then it gets dark. Nice in the Summer as it cools down and still have a couple of hours of light but not so great in the Winter as only get maybe 4 or 5 hours of sunshine on the shortest Winter days.

I didn’t get any sunrises or sunsets where I lived in Washington. When I moved here I wanted two things 1) a place to shoot and 2) eastern exposure. I got both.dave77 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 10, 2024 3:08 pmLiving with close by foothills to the east and west I rarely see any nice Sunrise/Sunsets.
