Wish I knew how to identify the safe ones because I DO love mushrooms!

Tomorrow will be an easy one, there will be vegan pizza topped with sausage and morels.
Then there will be home made pasta with spinach and morels mixed in. To that I will add grilled chicken and vegan Alfredo sauce.

There is vegan "sausage" which is pretty delicious. Now I'm not vegan, but suuuuuuper lactose intolerant, so to eat pizza, ice cream, cake, fettuccini, ect. It has to be vegan. To be honest some of the vegan stuff is really good!
