Interesting how different hunting customs get going...I never hunt turkey in the fall since shotgun is the only option. Springtime when you can call them in it can be fun ..but if they ever were to allow rifles here , I would sure try it in the fall

We can use .22 in spring, but shotgun only in the fall.

My duck season ended in total failure. Didn’t fire a single shot. We had a particularly warm and sunny season, and the birds were flying very high. When it storms here, the hunting is good. I won’t complain about the good weather!
