Granddaughter first deer

So happy for this girl. Using the 243 that her dad, brother and I used for our first deer.
The smile says a lot. Very proud of her.

The rifle is a Remington 700 in 243. Synthetic stock. Great shooter. Son has taken deer at 350 yards. Mine was only about 80. Hers was 100. Nicely done.

With help from her dad. You bet. When he skins and quarters it, she will be there too.
We process our own deer.
I’ve spent a lot of time cutting deer meat.
