My sister just moved to PA to a small town in western PA. She mentioned that the schools in her area are closed for the opener????? If so, good for them. First time she has lived in a small rural town and she is very impressed with the wildlife around. She’s not a hunter or shooter but does appreciate the wildlife wandering about.

Good luck on your hunt Brian, hope you will have some pictures to share.

Well didn't see anything but the boy and I will be out tomorrow so hopefully it will happen.
On another note I have been very careful with my Henry but did put two small knicks on the stock before I left the house and I always thought that I would flip if it ever happened but I didn't I remembered I bought it to use and it is a tool for hunting it's not a safe Queen.
Thanks for all the well wishes for hunting I will keep on keeping on.
