I haven't posted much this year because work has been crazy busy. But I did peal away for 7 days and headed to Gunnison Park in Colorado with my dad, brother-in-law and nephew for a elk trip. We had bull elk and bear tags, we didn't get anything but had a great time. My nephew and I camped up in the mountains for two nights before season opened, otherwise we stayed in a cabin down by Paonia. We heard bugling, saw tons of mule deer, My nephew saw 9 cow elk, and my dad had a great time as it was his first time seeing the Rockies. Hope everyone is doing well!

Great pictures. There is more to hunting than harvesting meat. Just like fishing where catching fish can get in the way of fishing.

One of, maybe the best part of a hunting trip, is the camp with buddies. Good times.
