I have one HI VIZ Front sight for Henry H001 (Not Magnum) .
Purchased new. Has a very tiny rub mark from the packaging ( See PIC)
As it turns out this particular rifle needed a taller front sight .

BTW, you need a taller front sight, so you're shooting high?

When I mouned my HiViz, I ended up taking out that part in the middle of the rear sight that adjusts, so that the rear sight is all the way down. This puts me dead on for pretty much 0 to 20 yds, then I just adjust the sight picture for longer shots. If you shoot enough it comes fairly naturally.

In other words, mine shot high too.........
