Trade big loop 45-70 Henry Lever for Standard Lever

Hey guys, I have a large loop lever for my 45-70 and honestly I like the standard a lot better.

Does anyone want to trade levers. I know the large levers are more popular. The small loop is more comfortable for me.

I have on that came off of a pistol caliber rifle if they are the same I'll swap with you.

Probably be best to specify the type of .45-70 rifle you have. Some have a straight butt stock and some have a pistol grip style butt stock. The large loop levers are different.
For example: The Big Boy Steel .45-70 has a pistol grip butt stock and recoil pad
The Brass Big Boy .45-70 has a straight grip butt stock and a brass butt plate
The levers are not the same and are not interchangeable.
The "X" model also has a pistol grip & I am not sure that the lever is the same as used on the Brig Boy Steel

Okay so I have the big boy brass in 45-70.
Would that work with the one Vaquero has

I don't think it will.
Check out the Henry Repeating Arms website and look at the parts & accessories section. There is a drop down for the large loop levers.
You need to know the Henry Model number. Example: H006 or H012G, etc.
Some levers fit several models and others may only fit one or two models.
