Kissing Crane Knife info.
I bought this German made Solinger Kissing Crane Knife about 30 years ago at a flea market. Since then someone other than myself tried to sharpen not knowing what they were doing. My question is can these scratches be taken out by a professional knife sharpener without ruining the blade? I know very little about knives , but have grow fond of this one through the years. Thanks ahead of time for any thoughts.

without knowing the composition of the metal and the depth of scratches .... if you can find a professional sharpening source, it would be well worth asking
