for someone who can't or doesn't want to sharpen a blade, this is a unique alternative .... various incarnations of razor knives have been around for many years, the one in this video takes it to a new level ....

The concept is out there now with hunting knives. I have one of these and they are great. Im surprised there isnt one for the kitchen

I have the Outdoor Edge, or one just like it. I hone the replacement blades before installing them. Just saying.
