Which do you have? The steak knifes are a little more than I would want to spend but I could spring for a couple of the table knifes. Looks like they would be ok for steaks. Like the free sharpening.

20+ years ago while working RV shows, we got to know a Cutco rep who had a sales booth .... my wife looked at a set early during a show and liked them .... I took the time to go look and while they were very nice, I thought they were badly overpriced .... toward the end of the show we spoke again and he gave me good price on a set that he'd had on display and we bought it .... sometime later we went through much the same process and bought a second set .... one stays in our camper, one is at home .... their steak knives sell for just under $50 each which I still think is overpriced and we have no plans to replace one that we lost somewhere along the way .... the Benchmade sell for $150 .... Cutco's quality is as advertised .... by the way, many folks aren't aware that Cutco makes Kabar knives as well

I ordered one of the Cutco table knives, they say it will work well as a steak knife. If I like it I will order another one.
I'm sure it will be better than my Kitchen Aid steak knifes. Supposed to be here Saturday, I have a steak in the fridge waiting for it.🥩😋
