RR, that's a fine looking knife. As soon as I opened the pineridge site I knew why it was a good knife. The photograph of the knife with the rider on horseback said it all. A very nice bunch of knives. I like the 1095 for it's ease of sharpening and it's overall holding of the edge. I like it in a worker.
When the gf puts my Ontario Ol'Hickory knives in the dish washer, I just take a sponge with the green scotch brite and wash it by hand. The rust goes away and a lot of patina goes away too. Not all, but they were used when I got them lol. Scouring powder on a sponge works too. Bar keepers friend.
Thanks for sharing your daily user. With your line of work, I find it VERY interesting indeed. It gives me an idea.
The site should be fixed. We show secure now, we should have a favicon and the picture aspect should be better.
