Don't laugh at me now but... I plan to use my MORA in the kitchen the most. Wash, rinse and dry it well. I will let you know in the next week how it works out for me. It fits me well with my arthritic hands. Good and bad days there!

(By the way, I still like my 2 BUCK kitchen paring knives a lot!)

My husband said that his MORA would make a good 'truck knife' and for all around use. He already sharpened his knife a wee bit and I only know that because he told me. He touched it up so to speak. I think that he did this before his daily walk.

The MORA knife seemed pretty SHARP to me right out of the package but he usually checks any NEW knife for sharpness. He is VERY picky about his older and newer knives even though he downsized a LOT when it came to all of his knives.

Have a good Sunday!

Cate, that's a great place to have a good knife. I hope it works well for you.

I keep a MORA in my truck at all times. By far the sharpest knife out of the box I have ever owned. MORA knives are an incredible value. I used one for bushcraft when camping and the one in my truck is for emergencies. Makes a great seat belt cutting knife due to how sharp it is. They are Carbon Steel so need to be oiled if you get them wet, but they are super easy to resharpen and hold an edge very well. I love MORA knives.
