this thread is being created to contrast these folding chef's knives .... they are both marketed as being for camping and it should be noted, there are many different forms of camping ..... folding knives have advantages and these can be used for many different forms .... ours will be used in connecting with camping in an RV, specifically a fifth wheel style camping trailer .... they will be used for food prep both inside and outside the camper .... we already have fixed blade chef's knives that work well, these will simply provide us with additional options ..... the pictures below show side by side comparisons .... additional pictures will be added showing them in use
