Anyone buy damascus steel knife blanks

Well, I've been using the new knife for over a month now. Can't believe how much I really like a good knife. I can put a much shallower angle on this knife than lesser knives, and it holds that edge much longer. Makes a big difference even with a freshly sharpened lesser knife.

A special thanks to BOM. Without his recommendation, I doubt I would have tried this knife. So glad I did.

I never thought damascus was cool until I saw them being forged on Forged in Fire. Still, way above my skill level. I don't forge, but I've worked several kits over the years. Yours is very cool! Nice job!

Carol is loving her Shun knives. ( when she uses them, lol ). She thinks they are so nice that she almost seems afraid to use them.
