This was my grandmother's gun. Does anyone here know about Benjamin Air Rifle Company? Is it possible to have it serviced and shoot it or should I just keep it like it is?

Looks like it was given to her in 1942 for her 39th birthday.

That's an old Model 117 and it appears to be in great shape. Benjamin is now owned by Crosman, but not sure if Crosman will service one that old. However,
https://www.bakerairguns.com/product/ea ... ir-pistol/ does service and recondition those old air guns, so give them a try.

Noticed on the label it was shipped through REA. Both my dad and I worked for them a long long time ago.
That is a cool looking air pistol.

Thanks I'll contact them. I think it only needs seals.

That's why I included the box thought someone might see something interesting. Ive always liked this pistol.
There are two boxes of Benjamin pellets, one with a few missing, that came with it. It seems Mimi didn't take to shooting.

That's a great old gun. Baker airguns will take good care of it. I've used them before.

I agree. I have no source here for this pistol. I'm happy to find someone who can put it back in working order.
