Good choice with the 22. 17 is okay for plinking but it’s kill range limits me. Beyond that they are just plain fun to shoot. Even in the winter like Joanie said.

Can you get a good nozzle and blast the nests with water from the garden hose? "Just watering the trees."

How about a slingshot shooting several small BB's not enough energy to be lethal but enough to scare the birds away.
