Most of the Olympic class 10 meter match rifles, as well as 10m match pistols like my Steyr, come standard with two cylinders, so the concept of removable cylinders is a feature that has been around a long time. As with the 200T, on these guns you unscrew the cylinder and remove it from the gun to fill. This is a setup you see mostly on match PCP guns.

By contrast, the vast majority of PCP rifles do not use removable cylinders, so you fill the cylinder while it is still n the gun. Attaching the cylinder permanently makes for a more rugged gun for field use, hunting and so on. The removable cylinder setup is common on fairly match PCPs, though.
