Looks like the game was going to be a blow out and the wife went to bed early so off to the reloading room. Put together a ladder load of 300 grain XTP and 15 360 grain WLNGC in 460 S&W Mag. Then 15 300 grain Lehigh defense penetraters in 454 Casull. Those 30 rounds were loaded middle of the road from the recipe data. Plan on running through these next Saturday, wonder if my wrist will hurt by the end of the day! All will be shot through a S&W 460 with 5" bbl.

I vote yes buddy, ifn ye shoot them all.

I did load 10 rounds for the creedmore. some 143 gr. over some IMR4350
Have a young gal interested in deer hunting and someone suggested a ,243...
She 's not crazy about a .270, as she's be introduced to it.
I think the 6.5 is a better choice and less recoil than the even the ,270. ;)
And much better for deer than the .243

Man, those Lehigh's are serious looking. With that profile, wondering on accuracy. Have you tried them before?

Rifletom, first time trying them. Might do a range report when it works to run them through. Oddly enough the 300 grain only has load data in 454 Casull. I was going to load them in 460 but could not find reliable data.

I loaded two sets of 45 acp. 98 rounds of 200-grain lead semi-wadcutter, and 98 rounds of 230-grain extreme ball. Both using 7.2 grains of be 86.

Mind if I ask where you found this load data, especially for the 200gr swc's? 7.2gr BE-86 seems high for the .45 acp. Thanks.

Easy day today. Loaded up 150 .223 rounds for plinking and target fun. Then tossed 200 more cases in the tumbler. Maybe tomorrow, depending on the weather, I'll get those 200 cases prepped and read for powder and bullets.
