I think the lube grove should be prefect for the Wifes Big Boy 45colt 😁😁

Nice, and your right they look "almost" to good to shoot.
I like the WFN bullet bullet for the 45 myself.
Let us know how they shoot.

OK all hands. I am new to the forum, so be kind.
I am a hand loader, have been for some time. I am moving in a new direction with my son and eventually grandson. I have 2 Henry's in 45 Colt and 357. I also shoot the same calibers in pistols (Ruger blackhawk and Uberti El patron) My son just purchased a matching set of 357 Vaqueros.

I have always been a ball and JHP shooter because of my background. Shooting lead interests me but I am ignorant about it. I have read about Oregon bullets and have wondered about my own casting.

So, any suggestions about manufactured lead are appreciated and thoughts on casting my own, or should I stick with manufactured. Also any worthwhile publications you think I may want to read up on.

I have to tell you Pat, those are some good looking rounds you pushed out !
