Lead bullet oxidation/corrosion

Have some Nosler bullets, semi jacketed hollow point, that the exposed lead is starting to oxidize a bit. What’s the best way to arrest it? Would spraying some CLP or similar work as I think it ought to? Case lube? I’d plan on cleaning whatever it is off before loading the bullets into cases, but that’s probably a couple years away and don’t want the bullets to be trash by then. Thanks!
