Tumble 35 Remingon and 357 mag brass together.
I should have said 45-70 and 357.

or 44 Mag and 357 mag brass together.

Or 45 Colt and Orville Reddenbackers together...

Eventually everyone who reloads experiences 'nesting' brass due to tumbling dissimilar sized brass - usually just once however!

Only once for me. 45 Colt and 357 it was, along with those thousands of stainless steel tumbling pins. It was an interesting afternoon "un-nesting" that mess!

I remember thinking, "Hey, I'll just combine these two small batches and save myself some time!"

Or 45 colt and 9mm..... The result would test the patience of Job!

Learned it the hard way too.
Now there are very few times when there's more than one caliber of brass in the tumbler.

I use Orville Reddenbackers in my brass all the time and it comes out shinny

yup been there done that now I tumble on cartridge at a time...............

This is timely - was just getting ready to clean some 45-70 and 357 in a Frankford rotary wet tumbler...
