That's a great start. You'll enjoy what other reloaders have been talking about. Quality time with yourself on cold, snowy, rainy and hot days and "the wanting" to try out your labors at the range.

RR, when you get it all sorted out and you have questions, ask away. I'll help where I can.
What type of scale are you thinking of?

The Lee Classic Turret kit...scale, auto drum powder measure, etc. Also getting the Lee press stand as well. Lyman Pro 1200 brass tumbler. Carbide dies as well. I am sure I will have lots of questions....thks

Be interesting to see cost savings, performance refinements, and also what you come up with, as in different loads for rifle/revolver.

Congrats on gearing up for reloading! If a pet store nearby grab a bag of the crushed walnut media for your tumbler.
With some brass polish cream mixed in it really shines up your brass without a lot of dust!

good move .... I used a balance beam scale for many years and it worked OK .... a few years ago we purchased a mini digital scale much like the Lyman .... it is a vast improvement
