haven't used my new set up.......Yet

I haven't used my loading bench since my friend and I redone the area in my gun room. It will be a little different now because what I need to use will be in specific areas and not under a pile to sort through. It is going to be windy today so I may just go to the LGS and see what got traded over the week end and then work in my room loading some 223 and 22-250 ammo for shooting when the weather gets better as far as wind every day. I ill post the picture of my set up since we lost our previous threads.

The end wall after putting up the other shelves and boxing in the oil tank fill pipe. I need to do something with the top of the oil tank on the left where we boxed that in and it needs some attention to clear it off for more organized space for things.

Very nice shop.
If I had your great setup here, bandit, I'd put a Henry wall tin or poster for some wall deco! (Maybe something Ruger, too).
Enjoy!

Or at least a Henry coffee cup on the table.

This is the best I can do right now but I am always looking for other things to put up. My wife says I am trying to cover the whole room with signs and pictures.

I like the die holder you built. Clever and looks tidy. A lot nicer to look at than a sheft full of die boxes.

I prefer the die rack. Every time I needed a set of dies they would be under a pile of other dies on the shelf. This opened up shelf space and made it easier to get to them. I have them in the rack according to caliber and know right where to reach to get the ones I need. Also wrote the caliber on the rack with a sharpie. I have never had a die tarnish or rust since I started using my die rack and went to keeping them out of those plastic boxes. I still have the boxes in case I ever sell any dies.

That's a neat looking cap, I never saw that particular one before.

Dutch that was given to me by a friend that is a local dealer. I believe he brought it back from the shot show for me. He also gave me the mug. He keeps a good amount of Henrys in stock and not only base models.

All looks great! Like Dutch noted, never have seen that cap style before with "authorized dealer." Is it older? Did you pick it up at an LGS maybe? Anyway -- cool hat and good colour against the wall tin.
Next to work.....we'll look forward to seeing some of your projects.

the RCBS single stage press I bought you back in the mid '60's still serves us well .... when we are involved in precision loading, its our go-to press .... when it comes to churning out good quality shells in larger numbers we use our Hornady Lock-n-Load 6 stage press .... our boys and I enjoy reloading, over the years it has become a favorite way to spend some time

Last evening I spent some more time on my gun room. I cleaned of the top of where we boxed in the oil tank and removed everything not gun related except some muscle car books. This will give me another 32x36" shelf for storage of ammo boxes and other things to keep in a spot that can be kept better organized and up out of the way. I put up something for Henry for now until I find something better. Haven't seen a nice metal sign for Henry but now I will be watching for one or see if I can order one. I am not thinking the floor project this summer will be fun. No idea yet on what to do with it. It was poured in sections when the house was built. Son-in-law will come up with something.
The storage space looks much better now.

Dutch, I will try to find another cap like the one I pictured. If I can get one and you want it I will send it to you. Can't promise I will get one.

A die rack is always a good idea. I made one from pre-finished birch plywood.
