I have been using X-Treme Bullets 200 gr & 240 gr plated bullets for my .44's. Good results in my revolvers with both weights. However, in my Big Boy the 200 gr bullet performs much better, at least at the slow velocities and particular components that I am loading them.

I just ordered 2000 of the 200 gr. They reduced their prices by 10%, have a sale of 10% on top of their reduced prices and free shipping on orders up to $1,500.00. I was planning on ordering some cast from Penn Bullets, but couldn't resist this sale.

Anyone else using X-Treme plated bullets?

I didn't realize Xtreme had lowered their prices. I used to use their 158 grain plated HPs in my .357 BBS. They raised their prices and I was able to get good performance from some coated bullets for less. I may order some today at this price.

I have some of there bullets now and they work good for me. I'm just all full of bullets for now in the calibers I need.

my wife says I have way toooooo many on hand .... that tells me I need to spend some time sending a bunch down range ..

I have just the opposite problem. Every time I turn around, I'm low on bullets. Clovispup and I took around 400 centerfire reloads to the range Tues and left with about 500 empty cases

I wish I had time to go shooting as much as I want to. Maybe someday that will happen if the dirt nap doesnt come first. If it does there is going to be somebody that can do one heck of alot of shooting because I have some rounds loaded up for sure. Not to mention a supply of 22lr shells. Al
