Bullets, bullets, and more bullets!

Post by CT_Shooter » Fri Mar 24, 2017 12:41 pm

After waiting 22 months for a backorder of 2,000 ZERO .38 cal 158gr JHPs, I decided to buy some Nosler .38 cal 158gr JHPs that were recently on sale at Cabelas. It was a good price and shipping was just $5, so I bought 750 of them.

Last night, ZERO wrote to say that they finally started making 158gr JHPs again and would be shipping them shortly!

I've got bullets!

only one thing to do .... load more/shoot more ... :D

side note :

we have been using Nosler 158's since the '60's .... both of our sons have taken multiple deer using them .... they deliver as advertised

I have 2000 plated 10mm bullets ready to hand load, 550 or so 240gr cast .44, 1500 200gr plated .44, 250 200gr plated .44, and another 2000 200gr cast .44 on order. I have somewhere around 22,000 factory loads, and about 500 of my hand loads. Never now when there is going to be another shortage. I wish I had more :D
