They had 2 boxes of CCI LP primers so I bought one to add to my supply and a box of .410 #4 shot. Did not see any of the #9 Target ammo though.
Also a huge selection of .22 ammo!

Good man, leaving a box for the next person.

Nice score on the #4's, I have a couple boxes of those around here.
The local Academy had some SPP's a couple weeks ago, but I have plenty.
They are the ones I used the least anymore, and $7.99 a hundred, I left 'em for someone more needed than I.

I keep hearing where ammo and components might be hard to find in 2024 so I pick up a few when I can.

I keep my eye out for .410 ammo with larger size shot, but only find 9s or occasionally 7½s. A box of 4s would be great.
My problem is that aside from two local shops within 20 minutes or so drive, the others are about 45+ minutes away and in opposing directions, so I can't just run a loop one day. Then there is the times when you are halfway home and remember that you didn't check to see if they had X or Y while you were there. Getting old sucks.

I have heard this mentioned also forty. I don't actually need anything, but, I find myself ordering coated cast from T & B or Missouri bullets.
Don't like being low on components. I got a bit caught on shortages some years ago. No more.

Might as well get 'em while the gettin is good, no tellin what the next few years will bring.
I just ordered 500 60gr Hornady pills for the 25-20.
I usually pick up a couple boxes of 22 every time I go to WW, also.

I just went to our local Sportsman Warehouse in Loveland, Co. I called b4 I went as its about 15 miles each way. The traffic on that road anymore is nuts and I forgot to ask the price. They had some Fiocchi small pistol primers so I went ahead and made the trip. When I got there to my surprise they were 8.99 per 100. Nope not paying that much for those. Luckily they had some CCI SPM primers at 5.99 a 100 so I bought a brick of those. Not much difference anyway.

Fiocchi packages their primers in single packs of 150 and bricks of 1500. $8.99 per 150 is same price as $5.99 per 100 ($0.599 per primer)

You're welcome. Finding primers here is like looking for easter eggs. Not only between stores but also within stores. Coastal Farm and BiMart when they have them are behind the counter. Cabelas are on an endcap. Sportsman's varies. Sometimes the primers are with powder. Other times around the corner in the next aisle with the reloading dies. Lately they been on top of the gun counter at the far end, help yourself (1 brick limit).
