In your first picture showing OAL, I see more case swelling in your reload below the case mouth than in the factory ammo. Something to consider.

Yeah, i saw that also, that's carbide creep. I'll bet dollars to donuts that is what is actually causing the case to stick in the gx4. I'd see if that load works when using a steel die.
