Does anyone have any trusted news about the availability of large pistol and large rifle primers, let's say, prior to 2024? And, I don't mean from internet scalpers.

I suppose it depends on what you consider scalping. My local FFL price on primers right now (when he can get them,) starts at 85 per 1k for generic and 95 to 110 for name brand. Magnum and match are higher.
The last match box i ordered through him was 135. With my son's shop discount.
THe best thing to do is sign up for the "notify me" on the major sights. they can be cheaper, but you also have to pay the new hazmat fee. (up from 16 something to 30 something.)

Last bunch I found last year was $55 bucks per 1000 and I stocked up. Now when will we ever see Unique and Red Dot powder again?
