Missouri coated 140 grain bullets

Post by JVogler » Sat Jun 11, 2022 9:23 pm

Has anyone used these bullets? I've bought several flavors of Missouri's coated bullets :180wfn, 158rn, 158 rnfp, 140fp and 125 rnfp. Had success with 180,158 and125 grainers but haven't loaded any 140s. Have several powders and recipes:CFE, HP 38/Winchester 231, Unique and Winchester 244.

The 180's are all I have tried of theirs, and my Rossi loves them, and is practically all I shoot in it any more.
I load those over some 2400.
I do have a bunch of 158 gr cast that I have had for who knows how long but I haven't bothered loading any in a LONG while.

My Big Boy Brass loves the 180's also. Only used Winchester 296, Hodgdon CFE and Titegroup in 357magnum . Would like to order more when I save up enough allowance.
