I made 38s & 357 mags w/CFE pistol, and tried them Tues. in my older [not nicest] DW. All good. [1st time ever reloading]
Got H110 yestrday and made some more 357s w/158g XTPs and 11.4gr of H110,
And went on to 44 Mags, made some w/CFE pistol and 50 w/240g JSP and 23.4gr H110
Then Same bullets in 445 Super Mag shells w/31.4g H110 !!
Can't wait to try 'em out in Henry H012S and DW 7445 VH6. Will report then.

Glad it is working out! I'm looking forward to the day I have room in my home to start reloading too.

I have found hand loading enjoyable and a never ending learning experience. As of now, my loading adventures have been shot shells and straight walled cartridges.

I do not own any rifles that shoot bottleneck cartridges and at this point do not have any interest in loading them.

Always enjoy reading posts from other hand loaders. Overall, you may not save much money but you will be shooting more for your buck!

Congratulations on your first efforts at reloading. I find reloading almost as much fun as shooting. I guess it doubles your fun!

My son-in-law and I have our set up in his garage. Heat indexes have been well over 100 degrees lately. Too hot to even go shoot anything, much less spend time in that oven of a garage reloading. Hopefully, it will start to cool off next month and we can get out there and work on some.

I am finding it enjoyable also. Has been hot here too, but I have a garage on back of house made of block and a big Oak tree east of it. Keeps shaded pretty good and a small fan and I'm good. Winter on the other hand, I have a Kero heater I can warm it up good and then set outside before opening/using GP !!
Got more 357 max brass yesterday and made 80 rounds throughout the day. Had to trim most used ones and flare, primer & fill. 180g XTP W/19.9g H110. Been too got to shoot lately, but plan to go to outdoor range next weekend, to be cooler then. My pardner has some rifles also one is an AR 15 !! I got a lot of types of ammo to test out. ANXIOUS !!!

I'm also a newbie. I read a lot over the past few years, watched a zillion YouTube vids, and asked a lot of questions. As a result, it has turned out to be easier and more enjoyable than I expected it to be. I am still a novice, and probably know just enough to be dangerous, but so far at least I have not blown anyone or anything up.

That is a good thing.

I have a new round to start working on since I recently picked up a Sig P250 in .40 S&W. I got the dies and a quick change kit and I already have shot several hundred rounds so I have a good supply of brass to work with. Looking forward to getting it set up and to start working up some .40 loads.
