Seeing more primers online, what the heck are blemished primers??, They're cheaper so I'm curious

I've never heard of blemished primers for sale. Not saying that someone hasn't sold them, but I would be a bit surprised that rejects from the production line would be sold in something like a primer. Something like a washing machine with scratched paint is one thing. A primer that doesn't conform to quality checks would be quite another.
