Any suggestions for one. Main purpose is to not shoot my chronograph... For 44 and 357 calibers.

I set up in my basement using a target attached to the far wall and then just sight thru the bore and adjust the scope as needed. Then I would shoot the rifle at 50 yards to zero before using your chrono. Works great with a Henry or Marlin since you can pull the bolt. I have a laser bore sighter I use for .223 cal rifles as the bore is too small to see thru. It’s not very accurate but it does get me on paper at 50. I wouldn’t waste your money on one for the larger bore diameters.

I've never had any luck with a laser bore sighter. Maybe others have. I've found it cheaper to go to the LGS to have it done vs. cost of wasted ammo.

Check out SiteLite It is very versatile for multiple bore sizes. I bought it for use on my .50 muzzleloader last winter, plan to use on my 45-70 before deer season this year. It works really well for checking zero of a scope too.

I use the SiteLite Ultra Mag Laser Boresighter SL-150 with the Wheeler Engineering Professional Reticle Leveling System and have had really good results on various rifles.

Your best and cheapest way to keep from shooting you chrono is set up a target to aim at. My chrono is only 10' away from the muzzle so I can measure the velocity as close as I can get with being impacted by muzzle blast.

I use my laser bore sighter on a target on backyard fence. Move reticle to laser dot and then off to the range for fine tuning.

Me too. Well worth the money to get you on the paper.
